Burke Suter - P
William Burke Suter was orignally a 32nd round selection (730th overall) out of Towson High School (Towson, MD) of the Cincinnati Reds in the 1970 Amateur Entry Draft. Four years later, after a very successful career pitching for High Point University, he was selected again in the 15th round (354th overall) by the Boston Red Sox.

In 1978, while pitching for the Pawtucket Red Sox, Suter was a top candidate for being called up to the majors for Boston's pennant run, but the call never came.
